keyboard layout's ****ed and i can't reset it back

whenever i press p, it comes up with -
L = 3

mopst of hem are ****ed, and it isn't the dvorak layout iether.

Someitmes reseting the machine turns it ok, but not all the time.

regional and language options
check all the tabs and advanced options to see if something is farked. language -> details, is where the keyboard layout settings are.

I can't ****ing believe it.

Spent most of the other day ****ing about with language settings, regional settings and all sorts, even debated removing the keyboard to make sure allt he contacts were ok.


It was the numlock.

God i feel dumb.
